The Story of My Success
I began my 30+ year HR career consulting for Hewitt Associates (Hewitt and then Aon Hewitt). In this position, I helped lead innovative BPO solutions for various Fortune 500 organizations.
Then as the Chief Human Resources Officer I helped CareCore National achieve rapid organic and inorganic (via multiple acquisitions) growth to become eviCore healthcare in 2015. The depth and breadth of these career experiences fully developed my business acumen and HR skills. I understand the urgent need to demonstrate outstanding results while promoting growth and a thriving culture.
I find great satisfaction in developing teams and helping them achieve success. I come from an entrepreneurial background. Hard work and problem-solving are second nature to me, and I’m not afraid to start from scratch when necessary.

In My Spare Time . . .
When I’m not building company culture or enhancing the talent of a team, you can usually find me outdoors with my two dogs. I’m an avid skier, hiker, and fly-fisherwoman-wanna-be! Giving back to the community is also important to me. I serve on the boards of non-profit organizations and as a mentor to entrepreneurial startup organizations in my community.
